Welcome The Goss Family to Candies Creek Academy!
Justin grew up in Virginia and graduated from the College of William and Mary before joining the Navy in 1999. His career included service on land and sea and sent him to posts all over the world. But most importantly, it sent him to England, where he met his wife, Suzanne.
As Justin approached the end of his 20 years in the Navy, he and Suzanne were looking for a welcoming, Christ-loving place where they could disciple their five children, Thomas, Orla, Arthur, Wilfred, and Agnes. God's providential hand eventually led them to Decatur, where Justin was able to serve in his children's classical Christian homeschool co-op. Here he deepened his love for and understanding of the classical approach to education, which recognizes that all fields of knowledge point back to the truth of their perfect and glorious Creator.
Justin is deeply honored to have been selected as the Headmaster of Candies Creek Academy, where he prays he will be able to faithfully serve the school's mission to equip, model, and mobilize effective disciples.
